(A) U87-MG, (B) U251-MG, (C) D566-MG and (D) T98G cells were incubated in 21%, 1% or 0.1% O₂ for 5 days before gene expression analysis. Directed global significance scores were calculated for each defined annotation group and cell line, in 1% and 0.1% O₂, using the NanoString nSolver Advanced Analysis Software (see methods). Scores are represented in a heat map, where red and blue represent up and downregulation respectively. Data is representative of three independent experiments.
