Observation of localization of N-terminally deleted FliF in Vibrio. The cells of the ΔfliF strain (A), ΔflhF strain (B), or flhF co-expressed rpoN strain (C) harboring pYI101(FliF-GFP), pYI101-ΔN30 (ΔN30FliF-GFP), and pYI101-ΔN50 (ΔN50FliF-GFP) were cultured in VPG broth containing 0.02% (wt/vol) arabinose for 4 h at 30°C and were observed by fluorescence microscopy.
