SagB copurifies with LyrA. (A) Coomassie stain of desthiobiotin eluates following affinity purification over Strep-Tactin resin. Samples loaded on the column were enriched for membrane proteins by DDM solubilization of bacterial extracts from lyrA(plyrA) and lyrA(plyrAstrep) cultures, respectively.
