Oligoclonality indexes are comparable between ART-suppressed adults and children. Integration site data from donors whose viremia was suppressed on ART were downloaded from the Retrovirus Integration Database (rid.ncifcrf.gov) (37) from two studies totaling 9 individuals (5, 27) and the OCIs were calculated.
