Comparisons	Intervention group received Community Health Advisor supported retention activities (four types of communication and support), in addition to the reminder calls, cards, and retention incentives offered by the ALTS trial (US$20 at each visit and US$100 and a gift bag at final visit). Control group received only the reminder calls, cards, and retention incentives offered by the ALTS trial.
