Cells were first gated based on size (FSC-A) and granularity (SSC-A) to exclude sub-cellular debris (A), then sequentially using FSC-H vs. FSC-A to eliminate doublets (B). The 7-AAD stain was used to exclude cells with damaged membranes (C). Subsequent analysis involved gating according to the desired analysis, for instance, on CD3⁺(D), CD79a⁺(E), granulocytes⁺(F) and macrophages⁺(G).
