Identification of the ASFV proteins that inhibit Rluc activity at levels greater than 5-fold. (A and B) MGF_360-9L, MGF_360-10L, MGF_360-11L, A238L, EP152R, EP402R, C122R, C257L, CP312R, H171R, QP509L, E66L, I243L, and I329L, all of which inhibited the Rluc gene expression at levels greater than 5-fold, were selected from the screen and further characterized. (C) The 14 selected ASFV proteins were expressed in HEK-293T cells. At 24 h posttransfection, the cells were fixed, incubated with a monoclonal antibody against the HA protein, and visualized by indirect immunofluorescence (IF).
