DA 158.6 ± 16.4 148.5 ± 15.6 150.6 ± 18.2 143.8 ± 25.2
DOPAC 216.5 ± 24.6 220.8 ± 25.5 214 ± 26.6 210.4 ± 29.6

5-HIAA 145.8 ± 16.3 139 ± 16.5 136.5 ± 18.2 132.8 ± 20.6

The animal were treated with vehicle (control), PNEO (5, 10 and 50 mg/kg, p.o.). Data are represented as mean ± SEM (n = 6) and the values obtained by comparison with control group using one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett's test. DA- Dopamine; DOPAC-3, 4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid; HVA- Homovanillic acid; 5-HT- Serotonin; 5-HIAA-5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid.
