We previously found that the GBM NC1α345 hexamer contains two copies of the α3 (light red), α4 (light blue), and α5 (light green) NC1 monomers (A) and sulfilimine crosslinking of opposite chains forming two types of dimers, α3-α5 and α4-α4 (B) (7).
