Wild‐type mice were injected intravenously with the indicated numbers of ExoDiff, ExoPr0 or vehicle (PBS), 5 min prior to regional myocardial ischaemia. (A) Following 40 min ligation of the left anterior descending artery and 2 h reperfusion, the hearts were excised, stained with Evan's Blue and TTC (representative slices are shown).
