IVA regulates the expression of OC‐related genes induced by RANKL. A, C, D, Isolated BMDMs were treated with IVA (200 μM) in the presence of M‐CSF (30 ng/mL) and RANKL (100 ng/mL) for 3 days. After RNA isolation, qPCR analyses were conducted using specific primers for OC‐related genes (RANK, Blimp1, TRAF6, NFATc1, c‐fos, OSCAR, TRAP and CtsK) (A), fusogenic genes (OC‐STAMP, DC‐STAMP and Atp6v0d2) (C), and negative regulator genes of osteoclastogenesis (MafB and IRF‐8) (D) and GAPDH.
