Pattern of brain invasion by IOMM‐Lee xenografts. Tissue sections of IOMM‐Lee xenografts on day 12 (A–C) or day 16 (D) were stained with human vimentin (B–D) or hematoxylin and eosin (A) and examined to evaluate the pattern of invasion of brain. By day 12, the tumor had breached the pia (A) and was invading the brain along perivascular (B) and cranial nerve (C) tracts. A similar pattern of invasion was observed in day 16 tumors (D).
