(C) Recombinant IL‐4, in a dose‐dependent fashion, blocked the cytotoxic activity of 25 nm DABIL‐4 in an MTS assay with 4T1. (D) Activity of DABIL‐4 against E0771 cells in an MTS assay showed an IC₅₀ of 4 nm. Data are shown as mean ± SD. The experiments were performed in at least triplicates.
