20, 100, and 200 μl of sodium fluorescein solution are nebulized at 25 μg/ml as described in the section “Materials and Methods.” The relative abundance of deposited substance in each part of the system is displayed for each nebulized volume. “Total recovery” is the sum of the relative abundance of each invested volume.
