Binding of MED1 on G6pc promoter and ChREBP transfactors on Fasn promoter in the MED13fl/fl(WT) and MED13-LKO (KO) mice. ChIP-qPCR was performed to analyze the enrichment of the core mediator subunit MED1 on the G6pc promoter region and ChREBP transfactors on the Fasn promoter region. A) Anti-MED1 and B) anti-ChREBP were used to pull down sonicated liver chromatin of the Med13fl/fl and MED13-LKO mice (n = 4). Precipitated DNA enrichment is shown as a percentage of input DNA.
