Levels of gene expression (mean ± SD) reflect ratios relative to a housekeeping gene (ATPase). The data were analysed by repeated measures ANOVA to determine the influence of time, with sheep identity included as a random factor. Levels of cytokine expression did not differ significantly (P > 0.05) between time points.
