A patient exposed to COVID-19 presents with fever, cough, and fatigue for 7 days. The initial chest CT at the first day after admission shows patchy consolidations and GGO in the left and right lower lobes (a). Subsequently (7 and 13 days later), the lesions are continuously absorbed with decrease of extent and density, and fibrous strips are detected in lesions (b, c).
