The proportion of EdU-positive cells to total DAPI-positive cells was presented and compared with the control group. C-D. HCT116 cells were transfected with miR-202-5p mimics (C) or inhibitors (D) as indicated. 48 hours after transfection, cells were stained with propidium iodide and phases of cell cycle were analyzed using flow cytometry.
