Relationship between self‐reported hypertension and the degree of overweight based on the World Health Organization classification of body mass index (normal, 18.5–24.9 kg/m2; overweight, 25.0–29.9 kg/m2; obesity class 1, 30.0–34.9 kg/m2; class 2, 35.0–39.9 kg/m2; class 3, >40 kg/m2).
