Flowchart of the user-level code. The txtl_add_dna command is the main command that is used to specify the DNA to be added to the model. This allows for all the reactions and species associated with that DNA to be set up in the model. The model is contained in a Simbiology® model class object, and is simulated using the txtl_runsim command.
