Using a significance threshold of p<0.05 (false discovery rate corrected), only the seed in the right supplemental motor area (SMA) was significant, with the non-cerebral palsy (CP) group having significantly increased connectivity from the right SMA to other areas of the brain as compared to the CP group. SFGdor-L = left dorsolateral superior frontal gyrus, HIP-R = right hippocampus, AMYG-R = right amygdala, MFG-R = right middle frontal gyrus.
