Estimates of population-level HIV viral suppression at the time of annual testing in the intervention arm of the SEARCH trial. Estimates were obtained with the empirical mean among those measured (“Unadjusted”), stratifying on sex, age group and community (“Baseline adjustment”), and using targeted maximum likelihood estimation (TMLE) with Super Learner to adjust for both baseline and time-varying characteristics (“Time-varying adjustment”).
