Transfection of TGFBI sensitized MDA-MB-231 to paclitaxel. (A) MDA-MB-231 cells were transfected with a vector expressing 4 µg of TGFBI or an empty vector. After 24 hours, cells were reseeded for paclitaxel sensitivity assay (48 hours); (B) TGFBI significantly increased the apoptosis rate of MDA-MB-231 cells after treatment with 3.125 µM of paclitaxel (*, P<0.05).
