(a) Suppression of papillary thyroid carcinoma tumor growth in mice injected with cells transfected with FKBP5 shRNA (n=4) or scrambled shRNA (n=4) for 49 days. Tumor size was measured (left) and tumors were imaged at the time of tumor removal (right). (b) FKBP5 expression in the two groups determined by immunohistochemistry.
