Effect of HOXA11-AS and miR-124-3p on LPS-mediated activation of BV2. An in vitro model of PD was induced by LPS on BV2 cells. (A, B) RT-PCR was employed to monitor HOXA11-AS and miR-124-3p expressions in BV2 microglia cells. (C) RT-PCR was carried out to test the level of inflammatory factors IL-1β, IL-18, IL-6 and TNF-α in BV2 microglia cells.
