Anterior pituitary cells were attached on beads and cultured for 40 hours before experiments. Perifusion was performed in 0.5 mL volume chambers at a flow rate of 0.5 mL/min. Arrow indicates the beginning of application of TSH (blue circles) and solvent (green circles). Samples were collected every 2 minutes during 80 minutes. Color images are available online.
