Total Cysteine (Cys+2CySS) concentration was measured by HPLC every 2 hours over 24 hours of mouse neurulation in the embryo (EMB), visceral yolk sac (VYS), yolk sac fluid (YSF), and amniotic fluid (AF) (n=3).
