Cytolytic activity and expression of functional genes are altered in NK cells from mobilized grafts. (A) Freshly isolated NK cells derived from donors who did (post-mob; in red) or did not (pre-mob; in blue) undergo mobilization with G-CSF were purified, and their cytolytic activity was assessed using NALM-18 as target cells. Percentages of killed cells ± SEM at different Effector/Target (E/T) ratios are shown. Statistical analysis was performed using Mann–Whitney test (n = 5). *p ≤ 0.05; where not indicated, data were not statistically significant.
