Participants Adults (age more than 18 years); admitted in the medical intensive care unit within 24 hours; having a tracheal tube and expect to go on mechanical ventilation at least 48 hours; no contraindication for moraceae or chlorhexidine mouthwash

Outcomes Oral microbial flora; adverse events; oral health; ventilator‐associated pneumonia
