XBJ and C0127s protected mitochondria and reduced ROS production in cardiomyocytes. H9C2 cells were treated with LPS at the presence and absence of XBJ, C0127, and C0127-2 at different concentrations. Rhode2 Florescent probe was used determine Ca2+ level in mitochondria and FITC probe was used to detect ROS production in a high-content imaging system. (A) Representative images of Ca2+ level in mitochondria in different treatments. (B) Representative images of ROS level in different treatments. (C) Quantification of Ca2+ levels in different treatments. (D) Quantification of ROS production in different treatments. Results were presented as mean ± SEM. # p < 0.05, ## p < 0.01, ### p < 0.001 vs. control, *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001 vs. LPS treated cells. Experiments were repeated for 3 times.
