Validation of the genes targeted by miRNA 23a-3p and miRNA 34a-5p. Splenocytes of C57BL6 mice, cultured and activated with SEB overnight were transfected with mock, mimic and inhibitor of each of miRNA 23a-3p and miRNA 34a-5p. qRT-PCR was used to detect the levels of targeted genes.
