KD = dissociation constant, Rmax = maximal response in response unit. KD, Rmax and curves were calculated using a non-linear regression (one site specific binding) fit in Graphpad Prism. d) Competitive binding assay using biotinylated BTP-7 functionalized with a UV-crosslinker. Peptide binding/crosslinking to recombinant dg-Bcan (in the presence of native BTP-7 blocking peptide) is detected by western blot using streptavidin-HRP (n = 3).
