GMDR, generalized multifactor dimensionality reduction; TEBA, test balance accuracy; TRBA, trained balanced accuracy; CVC, cross-validation consistency. GMDR was performed to identify genetic variants with gene-gene interactions (GGIs) associated with incident myopia after adjustment for the covariates (age, gender, time spent on near work, and time spent on outdoors). Sign test results show P-value for the significance of the GMDR model.
