a. Fibronectin essentiality scores from genome-wide CRISPRi (CERES) and RNAi (DEMETER) screens in human HCC cell lines derived from the DepMap database. Score closer to −1 means the gene is likely to be essential for the survival or viability of the cell lines. All the HCC cell lines have a score greater than −0.5 in both screens. b.
