Fig. 4 — Positive treatment effect on flare ups of spinal cord bioluminescence in GFAP-luc/SJL relapsing–remitting EAE mice treated with JM4 (5 μg IV daily for 12 days). Episodes of spinal cord bioluminescent signal over background during disease course were calculated. JM4 treatment significantly decreased the number of imaging flare ups compared to flare ups in the sham-treated group (n = 8 JM4 treated, n = 7 sham treated, p < 0.05).
