(A) Several cancer cell lines were infected with MDRVV- or FUVAC-LG/DsRed at each MOI: Panc1, CaCO₂, MDA-MB-231, A549, and A431, 0.1; SKOV3 and PC3, 1; and B16-F10, CT26, and TC1, 5.
