a-ET group† | .998 | 530 | 11/−51/−4 | R paravermal lob. III |
Note:—R indicates right; L, left; Lob., lobule; GM, gray matter; h-ET, arm and head tremor; a-ET, arm tremor; TIV, total intracranial volume.
GM volume loss in the h-ET and a-ET groups relative to controls, accounting for differences in total GM and TIV. A threshold of Pcorrected < .001, corrected for multiple comparisons, is used to identify the most significant peaks. Data analyses have been further corrected for age and sex distribution.
The statistical threshold is released (P < .01, uncorrected for multiple comparisons) to detect subtle morphologic changes in the a-ET group.
