Behavior assessment for adult rats following neonatal exposure to DMSO (n = 30). Experimental groups were prepared and submitted to behavioral assessments as described in the methods. Depicted are behavioral patterns for sociability and social novelty assessed at P32. Significant decreases in interaction time were observed following DMSO exposure in both the sociability and social novelty test.
