(a) RT-qPCR analysis of selected DERs and DUX4 target genes in myocytes differentiated from FSHD1 and FSHD2 patient-derived iPS cells. L1ME1 and MER72 were specifically upregulated in both FSHD1- and FSHD2-derived myocytes. The expression of MYH3 was measured as a muscle differentiation marker. Data are mean ± SEM.
