Expression levels of HDA15 homologs and a stress-related gene under salt stress. Seven-day-old plants were subjected to 150 mM NaCl for 6 h. RNA was then extracted, and cDNA was synthesized. Next, qRT-PCR was performed with primers for HDA5, HDA14, HDA18, and RD29B genes. Actin2 was used as an internal control. The experiment was repeated three times independently.
