Due to the availability of clinical information, OS analyzes were performed with phs000178 dataset (TCGA, 498 primary prostate cancer) and phs000554 dataset (48 metastatic prostate cancer), PFS analyzes were performed with phs000178 dataset. (B). Exposures for all signatures were normalized to 1–20 for evaluating the hazard ratios per 5% exposure increase. Hazard ratios and p values were calculated by univariable Cox analysis. Squares represent hazard ratio, horizontal lines indicate the 95% confidence interval.
