All RNA species of TRAM1 and S100A6 detected in the transcriptome data were listed and TPM and TSL values as well as the exon-intron structure of individual transcripts was analyzed. Primer pairs were designed according to material and methods and RNA species were checked for a specific amplification. Only transcripts marked in bold letters are targeted by both primers and result in a finally calculated lg(fc) value for a potential new biomarker.
