Kaplan–Meier survival curves for OS in 99 patients with CML-BC according to the indicated clinical or genetic factors. The prognostic impact of each factor on OS was calculated using the log-rank test. For TP53 mutations and/or del(17p), we classified patients according to the presence or absence of TP53 mutations, del(17p), and i(17q), based on which patients were divided into the following five groups: patients (1) without any TP53 mutations/del(17p)/i(17q), (2) with TP53 mutations alone, (3) with del(17p) alone, (4) with concurrent TP53 mutations and del(17p), and (5) with i(17q). One patient harboured two distinct TP53 mutations, as well as del(17p), and was classified into group 4. No patients with i(17q) harboured TP53 mutations.
