Submandibular glands were collected from C57BL6 wild type (WT), AppNLGF, APP/PS1, and APP−/− male and female mice, fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde, and serially sectioned (10μm. Sections were immunostained using anti-APP antibodies. Antibody binding was visualized using Vector VIP as the chromogen. Representative images at 20X are shown from n=2–4 C57BL6 wild type (WT), AppNLGF, APP/PS1 mice with a male and female APP−/− gland used as an antibody specificity control.
