Male and female mice were anesthetized and injected with pilocarpine (0.5mg/mL) to induce salivation. Saliva was collected for 16 minutes from each mouse. Aβ1–40 and Aβ1–42 ELISAs were performed to quantify levels of soluble Aβ in saliva from WT, AppNLGF, and APP/PS1 mice. Data are graphed as mean values +/− SEM, (n=9–15). Statistical differences were calculated by one-way ANOVA with Tukey post-hoc analysis, *p<0.05, **p<0.01.
