The vertical dashed lines delimit the Swiss lockdown period (March 16 to April 27). For each cluster, we extracted the positive test individuals intersecting the cluster both geographically and temporally, and we characterized the clusters according to the viral load of the individuals composing it. The clusters represented in green are composed only of individuals with a viral load of less than 1 million copies/ml. The clusters shown in blue are made up of at least one individual with a viral load between 1 million and 10 million copies/ml, and so on.
