(A) Growth of spheroids in the nonblocked ²¹²Pb-NG001 (blue), blocked ²¹²Pb-NG001 (red) and control (black) groups was measured for up to 20 days and is presented as volume (×10⁶ µm³) ± SD (one experiment, N = 6 spheroids per group). The blocked group was preblocked with an excess of unlabelled NG001 to occupy PSMA binding sites.
