Effects of ERK inhibition on cell death-related proteins in both p-MDA-MB-231 and RT-R-MDA-MB-231 cells. Cells were seeded with a seeding density of 5 × 10⁴ cells and were pretreated with the MEK/ERK inhibitor (PD98059) for 48 h. The control cells were left untreated.
