TEH inhibited the progression of HCC through PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway. Huh-7 and HepG2 cells were treated with TEH (5 μM) and/or PI-103 (1 μM) and then subjected to irradiation (4 Gy). (A-B) CCK8 experiment was carried out to examine the proliferation of Huh-7 and HepG2 cells. (C) The apoptosis rate of Huh-7 and HepG2 cells was evaluated via flow cytometry.
