Except for Btn2p, the values shown are the average and standard deviation of 6 biological duplicates of the ratio of the given protein in pre9Δ cells to that in isogenic wild-type cells. For Btn2p, the amount in the wild-type was so low that it was only accurately measurable in three of the six experiments.
